Centralia, Pennsylvania

davidkaneda:

“Centralia is a borough and ghost town in Columbia County, Pennsylvania, United States. Its population has dwindled from over 1,000 residents in 1981 to 12 in 2005 and 9 in 2007, as a result of a mine fire burning beneath the borough since 1962.”
Don’t know if I’m more surprised at the fact that Silent Hill exists, or that it’s in my own state. (via pile)

I’ve been there, and it’s very very surreal.  Definitely worth the drive from Philly, especially if you schedule some time for the Appalachians too.

About:

Hi. I'm Ray. I'm a 24 year old dude currently living in Grand Rapids, MI. I enjoy designing things, developing websites, growing beards, and a whole bunch more. I'm huge into music, art, photography, and food. I'm always looking to learn new things, and my hunger for knowledge is never fully satisfied.

HOWEVER, none of that matters here. This blog is an outlet for all of the stupid, adolescent things that make me laugh. It's totally unrelated to my profession, and it's totally boring, too. Don't say I didn't warn you.
